User Content Submission

2.1 Video Submission:

Users may submit videos of items they wish to sell as classifieds on TraderTube.
By submitting a video, you grant TraderTube a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the video in connection with the TraderTube platform.

2.2 Ownership and Usage:

Submitted videos become the property of TraderTube upon submission.
TraderTube may use the videos for any purpose, including but not limited to, promotional activities, advertising, and creating short video content.
TraderTube has the right to post submitted videos on various platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and future social media platforms.
Internet Exposure and Third-Party Access

3.1 Public Posting:

Videos submitted by users may be posted on the TraderTube platform and made publicly accessible.
Videos may be shared on multiple third-party platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other future social media platforms.

3.2 Third-Party Access:

TraderTube has no control over third parties who may access and use the submitted videos on various platforms.
Users acknowledge and agree that once a video is made public, it may be accessed, downloaded, or shared by third parties on multiple social media platforms without the control of TraderTube.

User Responsibilities

4.1 Accuracy of Information:

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in the classifieds, including but not limited to video content, descriptions, and contact details.

4.2 Compliance with Laws:

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using TraderTube Classifieds.
Termination of Service

TraderTube reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

Changes to Terms
